By using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use and the related Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Additional terms from a third-party website apply when you leave Trade License Atlas.
Informational purpose
The site provides general educational information about occupational licensing. It does not issue credentials, submit applications, guarantee approval or provide an official interpretation of law. Only the responsible authority can decide whether a person, business or project satisfies current requirements.
Permitted use
You may browse, link to and print reasonable portions of the site for personal, educational or internal business research. You may not:
- Use the site for unlawful, fraudulent or misleading activity.
- Attempt to bypass security, interfere with operation or gain unauthorized access.
- Send malware, automated spam or abusive contact submissions.
- Scrape, reproduce or republish substantial parts of the database or content without permission.
- Remove attribution, copyright or source notices.
- Present Trade License Atlas content as an official government decision.

Original writing, organization, graphics, branding, software and page design are owned by or licensed to Trade License Atlas and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Government facts, statutes and official materials remain subject to their own legal status and terms.
User messages
When you send feedback or a correction, you represent that you have the right to provide it. You allow us to review, verify and use the nonconfidential substance to correct or improve the site. Do not submit confidential, proprietary or sensitive personal records.

Severability and no waiver
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted. A failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
