Before contacting us: Trade License Atlas is not a government agency and cannot approve an application, confirm personal eligibility, retrieve a license record or change an agency decision. For those matters, contact the licensing authority linked in the relevant guide.

What to include

For a correction, provide the page URL, the statement you believe is outdated and a link to the current government or licensing-board source. Clear evidence helps us review the issue faster.

For a website problem, describe the device, browser, page and action that caused the issue. For an accessibility request, tell us what content or function you could not access and the format that would work better.

Do not send sensitive information

Do not submit Social Security numbers, dates of birth, copies of identification, license-account credentials, payment-card details, medical information or complete application files. We do not need those records to investigate editorial feedback.
