Conditions and limitations
Arizona has no direct contractor-license reciprocity with Washington. A qualifying Washington credential may support an individual ROC trade-exam or experience waiver request, but approval is discretionary and the Arizona Statutes and Rules examination remains required.
Reciprocity never authorizes work before the destination authority issues the required license. Business registration, insurance, local permits and continuing education remain separate.
