Nevada must approve the qualifier and issue the C-2 Electrical Contracting license. The management examination, financial statement, bond, entity records and all other issuance requirements remain.

Conditions and limitations
Nevada does not provide an automatic electrical-license transfer from Oregon. NSCB may individually waive the trade examination and experience proof when an equivalent classification, qualifying examination and at least four active years satisfy its endorsement rules.
Reciprocity never authorizes work before the destination authority issues the required license. Business registration, insurance, local permits and continuing education remain separate.
