Conditions and limitations
Georgia no longer offers electrical-license reciprocity, effective May 2026. A Pennsylvania municipal licensee must use Georgia’s regular Class I or Class II examination route.
Reciprocity never authorizes work before the destination authority issues the required license. Business registration, insurance, local permits and continuing education remain separate.
